Okay, that was larger than expected.

The second dry run resulted in some significant structural changes.

• Plebs can no longer create projects, only Activists and above - this is to prevent time wasters and spammers.
• Activists can still create projects but are limited to 5 projects at any one time and can only choose up to 10 skills per project.
• Plebs can no longer flag other members.
• Plebs can no longer endorse or condemn other members.

This should cut down the inevitable spam attacks we're going to receive.
